Meant to Move Podcast

As a Movement Therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how movement can transform lives. But the journey to discovering movement that’s right for you? Isn’t always easy.

Hi, I’m Vanessa Leone, a movement therapy coach and expert generalist. I’ve worked with clients who felt stuck, frustrated, and judged by conventional wellness approaches. And guess what? I’ve been there too.

That’s why I created the ‘Meant to Move’ podcast – a space where you can be yourself, without judgement.

In this podcast, we explore the world of movement therapy, mind-body therapy, and holistic wellness. We talk about real issues – pain management, stress reduction, mood improvement, and physical fitness – and share practical tips and inspiring stories to help you find joy in movement.

I believe that every person is a unique collection of experiences, feelings, and thoughts. On ‘Meant to Move,’ we celebrate this uniqueness and help you master your body, pain, injury, and illness through slow and meaningful changes.

If you’re more frustrated and disillusioned by conventional health and fitness practices as you get older, this is the podcast for you.

Let’s move forward, wherever, whenever and however that works for you.
